Finally,  The time has come..


It's time to say goodbye till we meet again on another opportunity,

And in this post, I would like to express my gratitude to all of you.

I am grateful for being part of this class.

 Even though we did not meet in person, 

I had a great time learning about different foods, unique foods, their cultural background, and other people's ways of eating.


Thank you very much for everything..


As the final post, I would like to share  grilled oyster cheese that I had last weekend in the Izu area of Shizuoka. 

Welcome spring, as the sakura are beginning to bloom..
