I am enjoying hunting in Gifu again this year.
In Gifu, hunting is allowed from 15 November.
So, I went to forest to hunt deer, on 15 November.
I have taken one deer.
To reduce the deer population, females must be taken, but the one I took was a male.
I process the deer in forest, I took home only meat. Deer meat is called "venison", I like it. yesterday, I make fried venison and "KUSHIKATSU".
Venison is low fat content, so it's delicious when fried.
I now have the motivation to get the meat! I want to hunt a lot of deer this year.

ReplyDeleteFor hunting, you need to pay "hunting tax" to prefecture in where you hunt. It cost about 20,000 yen.
If you hunt by gun, you have to buy ammo. Now, cause to Rusia-Ukurine war, ammo's price is increasing. You have to pay 1,000 yen/ammo.
The war is affected to hunting.
