In early November, Gifu university festival was held and my laboratory had a booth to sell pho. Pho is a Vietnamese soul food made of rice flour noodles. This time, we made "pho gah" with broth made from chicken, and under the supervision of an international student from Vietnam, we carefully selected the ingredients and seasoning. Our store was so successful that it sold out quickly!
A few weeks later, I went to the Vietnam Festival held in Nagoya. We were surprised to find that the pho tasted just like the one we had made!
There are many Vietnamese restaurants in Gifu. So please try Vietnamese food!

ReplyDeleteI love pho too. I missed pho in Gifu university festival, as I was convinced that we could not offer foods in the fes like COVID aftereffect. So I sometimes go to Pho Cuchi and went one Pho Gnu in Gifu. Any else I should go?
