Hello.
I'm Tatsuya Oshima from Nagoya.
I'm a second degree student at Gifu university, and a member of Laboratory of Postharvest Processing.
My research focuses on metabolic changes in the cell walls of fruits and vegetables during storage. By analizing the cell walls involved in firmness, I hope to clear why and how fruits and vegetables soften during storage. This research will help us determine storage conditions to deliver better quality fruits and vegetables to you.
Last week, I harvested tomatoes for my experiment.
Recently, I had a very big baumkuchen. I was impressed not only by its appearance, but also by its great taste. I recommend this for party.

Hi Tatsuya, Welcome to our class. So someone brought the whole roll of that baumkuchen to the party? Wow. That is so good idea. Can we get one in Gifu?
ReplyDeleteNo, you cannot buy it in Gifu. We got at Nagoya station.
